\u00a0as the managing company of Kamienna G\u00f3ra Special Economic Zone for Medium Business (Kamiennog\u00f3rska Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna Ma\u0142ej Przedsi\u0119biorczo\u015bci) and acting on the order of the BO- WA-DE 2 Sp. z .o.o on the basis of the Decree of the Minister of Economy and Labour dated November 15th 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 254, item 2539 with later amendments) regarding tenders and negotiations as well as the intentions\u2019 evaluation criteria concerning business activities to be taken by entrepreneurs within the area of the Kamienna G\u00f3ra Special Economic Zone for Medium Business, on the basis of the Decree of the Minister of Economy dated July 2nd 2009 on entrusting the SSEMP S.A with granting permits for on economic activity and executing\u00a0 supervision over business activities\u00a0 in the Kamienna G\u00f3ra Special Economic Zone<\/p>\n

announces an INVITATION TO JOINT TENDER<\/strong><\/p>\n

aimed at selecting an entrepreneur who will receive the permission to conduct a business activity within the territory of the Special Economic Zone for Medium Business and will purchase the right of of permanent user of the real estate and the right of property of the building situated on the real estate, which is the subject to the tender procedure, located in the Kamienna G\u00f3ra Special Economic Zone for Medium Business, on which the business activity will be conducted<\/p>\n

1. The estate to be tendered includes a right of permanent user of\u00a0 estate of the total surface area of 1760 m2<\/sup><\/strong>., located in\u00a0 Kamienna G\u00f3ra dolno\u015bl\u0105skie voivodship,, in the sub-zone\u00a0 Kamienna Gora of Kamienna G\u00f3ra Special Economic Zone, <\/strong>\u00a0comprises of plot No. \u00a0<\/strong>83\/28 covered by the Land and Mortgage Register KW Kw JG1K\/00019956\/1 and property rights of the buildings situated on the plot mentioned upon-. BO-WA-DE 2 Sp.\u00a0 z.o.o is a permanent user of the estate, the building situated on the plot is the property of the BO-WA-DE 2 Sp.\u00a0 z.o.o. The plot is developed and it has good road access- along Papie\u017ca Jana Paw\u0142a 11 -Street. The plot is build-up with the store building in sufficient condition. According to the local spatial development plan, the property is located in the area designated for industry \u2013production.<\/p>\n

The rights to the property are encumbered with rights and obligations in favor of the third parties, inclusive mortgage. All encumbrance, inclusive the mortgage are mentioned in the mortgage register (land register). Detailed information about the unencumbered and rights and obligations in favor of the third parties are issued at the seat of the Special Economic Zone for Medium Business in Kamienna G\u00f3ra. The owner of the plot is in disposal of agreements with the mortgagee according to the repay of debts and mortgage cancellation.<\/p>\n

2. The calling price for the Property has been set at\u00a0 300.000,00 PLN. This is a net price and the VAT\u00a0 should be added to it.<\/p>\n

3. Taking part in the tender is conditioned by the following:<\/p>\n

– purchasing from the Special Economic Zone for Medium Business Inc the \u201cSpecification of the essential conditions of the joint tender\u201d,<\/p>\n

– paying the deposit,<\/p>\n

– making of a written offer containing conditions of the intended enterprise within the zone.<\/p>\n

4. The pecuniary value of the deposit amounts to 10 percent of the net calling price, i.e. PLN 30.000,00 <\/strong>\u00a0and is payable not later than 02.06. 2011 <\/strong>to the bank account of Special Economic Zone for Medium Business.The details concerning the amount, the form, the term of the deposit payment as well as the circumstances of its forfeit are defined within the \u201cSpecification of the essential conditions of the joint tender\u201d<\/p>\n

5. The \u201cSpecification of the essential conditions of the joint tender\u201d can be obtained in the seat of\u00a0 the Special Economic Zone every weekday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. after presenting the receipt of the amount of 10.000,00 PLN net plus 23% VAT (in words: ten thousand zlotys net) being paid into the account of SSEMP S.A. conducted in the Bank Zachodni WBK S.A , account no. 02 1090 1942 0000 0005 1800 9564.<\/p>\n

6. Offers should include all the elements mentioned in the \u201cSpecification of the essential conditions of the joint tender\u201d.<\/p>\n

7. The evaluation of the business enterprise presented in the offer will be conducted on the basis of the criteria in accordance with the \u201cSpecification of the essential conditions of the joint tender\u201d and the Decree of the Minister of Economy and Labour dated on the 15th November 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 254, item 2539 with later amendments).<\/p>\n

8. The written offers should be submitted in closed envelope at the seat of the Special Economic Zone for Medium Business (the secretary\u2019s office) in Kamienna G\u00f3ra, ul.Papie\u017ca Jana II 11 A, until the 02.06.2011<\/strong>, till 3:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

9. The offers will be opened by the committee in the seat of the Kamienna Gora on 06.06.2011 at 12:00 a.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n

10. Information about the tender and the \u201cSpecification of the essential conditions of the joint tender\u201d are issued at the seat of the Special Economic Zone for Medium Business in Kamienna G\u00f3ra or under the following phone number +48 75 645 20 30.<\/p>\n

11. The Special Economic Zone for Medium Business Inc. (SSEMP S.A.) may invalidate the negotiations in the event of a material change of circumstances resulting in that the continuation of the negotiations procedure is not in the public interest, which could not have been predicted earlier or\/and when the negotiations procedure has a defect which makes it impossible to issue the permission. The Special Economic Zone for Medium Business Inc. will inform all offerers at the same time, in writing, about invalidation of the procedure, giving the factual and legal reasons therefore.<\/p>\n
