announces an INVITATION TO WRITTEN OFFER TENDER<\/p>\n
The tender is opened\u00a0 to the natural persons, legal persons, foreigners on the terms settled in the\u00a0 act dated on the 24th\u00a0 March 1920 regarding purchase of the\u00a0 real estate\u00a0 by foreigners (consolidated text Journal of Laws No. 167 , item 1758 with further amendments)<\/p>\n
The estate to be tendered comprises of the ownership rights to the 120 463 m2<\/sup> <\/strong>landed property (not developed), located in Kamienna G\u00f3ra, dolnosl\u0105skie voivodship, 01 Kamienna G\u00f3ra\u00a0 District, comprises of plot No. \u00a050\/1<\/strong>, covered by the Land and Mortgage Register\u00a0 KW 16844. The Special Economic Zone for Medium Business Inc is the owner of the estate. The Property is located in the north-west part of the town of Kamienna G\u00f3ra.\u00a0 The plot has access to the technical infrastructure. According to the local spatial development plan, the property is located in the area designated for production facilities.<\/p>\n The rights to the property are unencumbered and free of any rights and obligations in favour of any third parties.<\/p>\n The calling price for the Property has been set at 990.000,00 PLN. This is a net price<\/strong>. The VAT should be added to the price achieved during the tender procedure -according to the binding law.<\/p>\n The \u201cSpecification of the essential conditions of the tender\u201d gives detailed condition and rules concerning the tender procedure.(Specification).<\/p>\n The Specification can be obtained in the seat of the Special Economic Zone every weekday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. after presenting the receipt of the amount of 10.000,00 PLN net plus 22% VAT (in words: ten thousand zlotys net) being paid into the account of SSEMP S.A. conducted in the Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., account no. 02 1090 1942 0000 0005 1800 9564.<\/p>\n The written offers should be submitted in closed envelope at the seat of the Special Economic Zone for Medium Business (the secretary\u2019s office) in Kamienna G\u00f3ra, ul. Papie\u017ca Jana II 11A, until the 18.12.2009, till 3:00 p.m. The offers will be opened by the committee in the seat of the Kamienna Gora on <\/strong>21.12.2009 at 12:00 a.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n Information about the tender and the Specification are issued at the seat of the Special Economic Zone for Medium Business in Kamienna G\u00f3ra or under the following phone number +48 75 645 15 03.<\/p>\n The participation in the tender is conditional on payment of the deposit. The pecuniary value of the deposit amounts to 10 % of the net calling price i.e. 99.000,00 PLN, paid to the bank account mentioned above. In case of the winning, entrepreneur refrains from entering into a sake purchase agreement, the deposit shall not be returned. The details of the form, the term of the deposit payment as well as the circumstances of its forfeit are defined within the Specification.<\/p>\n The Special Economic Zone for Medium Business Inc. (SSEMP S.A.) may invalidate the tender in the event of a material change of circumstances resulting in that the continuation of the tender procedure is not in the SSEMP S.A interest, which could not have been predicted earlier.
