announces an INVITATION TO WRITTEN OFFER TENDER<\/p>\n
The tender is opened\u00a0 to the natural persons, legal persons, foreigners on the terms settled in the\u00a0 act dated on the 24th\u00a0 March 1920 regarding purchase of the\u00a0 real estate\u00a0 by foreigners (consolidated text Journal of Laws No. 167 , item 1758 with further amendments)<\/p>\n
The estate to be tendered includes a right of permanent user of \u00a0estate of the total surface area of 2500 m2<\/sup><\/strong>, located in Luba\u0144, dolnosl\u0105skie voivodship, 4 Luba\u0144\u00a0 District, in the sub-zone Luba\u0144 of Kamienna G\u00f3ra Special Economic Zone<\/strong>, <\/strong>\u00a0comprises of plot No. \u00a0<\/strong>2\/46, \u00a0created as a result of\u00a0 division of the\u00a0 plot No.2\/30 \u00a0map sheet 9, district 4 (dividing decision issued on 17.02.2009), covered by the Land and Mortgage Register\u00a0 KW 25852 . The Special Economic Zone for Medium Business Inc is a permanent user of the estate till 05.12.2089. The plot is undeveloped and it has good road access. The Property is located in the area in the past used for repair and maintenance of steam locomotives.\u00a0 According to the special plan, the area has been designated with symbol 1 AG- the area of economic activity.<\/p>\n The calling price for the Property \u00a0(permanent\u00a0 user of the\u00a0 Property) has been set at 75.000,00 \u00a0PLN. This is a net price<\/strong>. The VAT should be added to the price achieved during the tender procedure -according to the binding law. The \u201cSpecification of the essential conditions of the tender\u201d gives detailed\u00a0 condition and rules\u00a0 concerning the\u00a0 tender procedure.(Specification)\u00a0 The participation in the tender is<\/strong> conditional on the purchase of the Specification and\u00a0 payment of the deposit.<\/strong>The Specification can be obtained in the seat of \u00a0the Special Economic Zone every weekday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. after presenting the receipt of the amount of 10.000,00 PLN net plus 22% VAT (in words: ten thousand zlotys net) being paid into the account of SSEMP S.A. conducted in the Bank Zachodni WBK S.A , account no. 02 1090 1942 0000 0005 1800 9564. The pecuniary value of the deposit amounts to 10 % of the net calling price i.e. 7.500,00 PLN, paid to the bank account mentioned above. In case of the winning, entrepreneur refrains from entering into a sake purchase agreement, the deposit shall not be returned. The details of the form, the term of the deposit payment as well as the circumstances of its forfeit are defined within the Specification.<\/p>\n The written offers should be submitted in closed envelope at the seat of the Special Economic Zone for Medium Business (the secretary\u2019s office) in Kamienna G\u00f3ra, ul. (SSEMP S.A.) may invalidate the tender \u00a0in the event of a material change of circumstances resulting in that the continuation of the tender procedure is not in the SSEMP S.A interest, which could not have been predicted earlier or\/and when the tender procedure has a defect which makes it impossible to issue the permission.
