The tender is opened\u00a0 to the natural persons, legal persons, foreigners on the terms settled in the\u00a0 act dated on the 24th\u00a0 March 1920 regarding purchase of the\u00a0 real estate\u00a0 by foreigners (consolidated text Journal of Laws No. 167 , item 1758 with further amendments)<\/p>\n
The estate to be tendered includes a right of permanent user of \u00a0estate of the total surface area of 2715 m2<\/sup><\/strong>., located in Kamienna G\u00f3ra, dolnosl\u0105skie voivodship, 06 Kamienna G\u00f3ra District, comprises of plot No. \u00a0<\/strong>173\/7 covered by the Land and Mortgage Register \u00a0KW 6704 and\u00a0 a property rights of the buildings situated on the \u00a0plot mentioned upon The Special Economic Zone for Medium Business Inc is a permanent user of the \u00a0estate till 05.12.2089, the buildings situated on the plot are the property of the Special Economic Zone for Medium Business. The estate is\u00a0 located in Centrum of\u00a0 the town. \u00a0The plot is developed and it has good road access. The plot is build-up with the office building and the office- production building (compact settlement). The total usable floor area of the buildings is 2382,70 m2<\/sup><\/strong>.<\/p>\n The calling price for the Property has been set at 500.000,00 PLN. This is a net price.<\/p>\n The \u201cSpecification of the essential conditions of the tender\u201d can be obtained in the seat of \u00a0the Special Economic Zone every weekday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. after presenting the receipt of the amount of 10.000,00 PLN net plus 22% VAT (in words: ten thousand zlotys net) being paid into the account of SSEMP S.A. conducted in the Bank Zachodni WBK S.A , account no. 02 1090 1942 0000 0005 1800 9564. Information about the tender and the \u201cSpecification of the essential conditions of the tender\u201d are issued at the seat of the Special Economic Zone for Medium Business in Kamienna G\u00f3ra or under the following phone number +48 75 645 15 03 The written offers should be submitted in closed envelope at the seat of the Special Economic Zone for Medium Business (the secretary\u2019s office) in Kamienna G\u00f3ra, ul. Papie\u017ca Jana II 11 A, until the 20.11.2009, till 3:00 p.m. The offers will be opened by the committee in the seat of the Kamienna Gora on 23.11.2009 at 12:00 a.m.<\/p>\n The participation in the tender is conditional on payment of the deposit. The pecuniary value of the deposit amounts to 10 % of the calling price i.e. 50.000,00 PLN, paid to the bank account in the Bank Zachodni WBK S.A , account no. 02 1090 1942 0000 0005 1800 9564. In case of the winning, entrepreneur refrains from entering into a sake purchase agreement, the deposit shall not be returned.
